The personal attention to my dog, fast check in and pick up, very loving and friendly staff. Your extended hours for drop off and pick up are a lifesaver for those of us with longer working hours. I like that you have someone there overnight too.

You have the friendliest people working there. It is nice when they come out to get my dog from the car when they can. My husband just commented on how friendly your people are too ( he doesn't drop or pick up very often).

I like the kennel free "play" environment. The dogs get to run and play which simulates their environment at home as much as possible when they have to be away from home. I like that they are fed their own food and are given medication when necessary. I like the individual attention that they get from the staff, and that the staff seems to know all of the dogs by name. I can send treats and special toys and they make sure she gets them so that her routine stays as close to it is at home when she is away from home. I like that they are monitored at all times when they are playing together as my dog is older and may need to be somewhat protected from younger, more active dogs who may be playing rough. I do wish, however, that there was still a staff member on site at night. That is why I initially chose Dogtopia over other boarding facilities. I know that there is some sort of monitoring system, but I don't know how much they are monitored. I was more comfortable in the past knowing that someone was on site in case something went wrong. They could hear a dog crying out if there was a problem. You can't see that on a monitor. I understand the decision to change this, but I'm not really happy about it.

Friendly Staff.

We love that everyone knows our dogs and everyone treats them as there own!!!

Friendly and high service atmosphere. Dogs are constantly monitored and are not kept in cages for boarding. Staff knows our dogs well and are very attentive.

Jack has so much fun at Dogtopia. The staff are super-friendly and friendly. The only thing I would like to see different is additional days during the week in which grooming services are available.

Everyone is so friendly. I like how the pets are greeted at the car. The staff always seems genuinely happy to welcome the dogs back.

The staff is friendly, professional, and I know they care about my dog (a lot!). I feel very safe leaving him there and he truly LOVES to go to Dogtopia.

Your staff is always professional and attentive to our specific needs, yet they also provide that'small business feel that immediately makes you feel welcome walking in the front door. On our last visit, one of your staff actually came outside and noticed I had the dog, backpack and dog bed, with they immediately offered to help carry in. Very nice touch.

I like that you do not have a high turn over in employees. They learn about ours dogs, us, our dogs like and dislikes. They are very commitment to the love and care of the dogs. I like that fact that the front room is clean, and I never smell anything bad when coming in. I would also like you to thank the whole team for me. My dog, Lola Lyman was killed by car about two weeks ago. When I came in to get a refund on the money I had paid ahead of time, I was given a card. Everyone sign this card, and had wonderful things to say about Lola, they really did know her. It was full of warm, well wishes, and heartfelt condolences. This card has meant so much to me. I put the card behind Lola's ashes above the fireplace. I know I will keep that card forever. When I am ready, I will get another dog, and I plan to bring her back to Dogtopia.

personal touch and caring nature

I feel that Teddy is safe and well taken care of at Dogtopia. He likes to play with the other small dogs. The Dogtopia staff give Teddy the attention he needs.

Friendly staff know my dog and treat him like family! Also, I love how the staff greets me at the car to take my dog inside - this is a huge time saver!
