I like everything however I do miss being able to just drop off dogs on any given day without a reservation.

The ease and flexibility in which you permit some 'soft' rules for our furry friends; arriving early, picking up late, quirkiness of the alpha canines who love to be off leash - just to name a few.

I love the pick up service in the morning. Also, knowing that my dogs love going there this motivates me to take them there for play time even when I work from home.

I have been taking my dog to Dogtopia for dog daycare services. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I once left a message requesting information and someone returned to call promptly. Also, the staff has been flexible with pick up and drop off when issues had suddenly come up. So far no problems. Keep up the good work. On a side note, I do not board my dog overnight when out of time because the cost is to high for me.

Convenience, my dog seems to be treated well, I can check on her during the day, and prices are reasonable.
