Everyone is so friendly and helpful, except on one occasion where a middle aged lady with dark hair. I dropped off my dog and she seem upset because you were very busy. I walked out and came back because of her attitude and asked if it was a problem leaving my dog because of her attitude she said it wasn't, but it was obvious she way having a bad day. The rest of the staff is excellent, and my dog gets very excited when I put up in your lot.. And I love it when the staff walks out to welcome us. Good job.

I am extremely happy with your services, they way you come out to the car to grab Buddy when I drive up ( kind of like drive through puppy service ) Also most of the staff remembers me and him, and he loves coming there. All I have to say is "Tope ? " and he starts jumping up and down !

Many staff members have been at Dogtopia since we started bringing our three dogs there. This is important to us for several reasons: staff consistency allows us and our dogs to get to know individuals, whom we a and our dogs have come to trust. The continuity of staff also helps our dogs feel comfortable and safe at your facility. Additionally, because your staff knows our dogs, they learn about their idiosyncrasies and are better able to care for them. The staff at Dogtopia are friendly and helpful and seem to genuinely love each dog that walks through the doors.
