There are always people up front and the phone is always answered. Sometimes people even come out to your car to greet you. Dogtopia is a very friendly and caring environment. I feel my dog is well cared for when he's there.

The friendly people who work there . Jeremy , Jeff , Christine are always accommodating.I don't know the others name right off hand but they are great. I like best the fact I can pick up my dog anytime of the day and when someone comes to the car to help , the choice of food for toothless dogs.

Every one was friendly and caring and after our first visit, staff knew my name and my dog's upon us walking in.
