I like the "drive-up" service in the morning -- the fact I don't have to park, come in and check in my dog is a time-saver. I also like the professional, dog-loving employees. I always know my dog is safe, well cared for, and he always comes home very relaxed after a fun day at Dogtopia.

Dogtopia is a dream come true for my dogs and I! I adopted a pit bull mix with some socialization issues two years ago and was worried about integrating her with new people. The staff at Dogtopia were patient and kind with her and informed me daily about her progress. They were always available to answer my questions. The time she spent in day care helped her transform into a well-adjusted little lady! Their staff impressed me so much that, as a dog trainer, I began recommending Dogtopia to clients. They have helped many of my clients and their dogs to improve greatly with their training. Not only is the staff amazing, but the facility is always clean and smells fresh any time I go. Being able to watch my dogs online through their webcam gives me peace of mind that they are happy! I would recommend Dogtopia to anyone!

I love the webcams! I love that you have grooming services that I can have done while at daycare. Your staff is always so friendly both to my dog and me! Mostly, I love that my dog is happy to come there and completely tired when I pick her up.

i like that your staff are all friendly and really into the dogs. i feel safe leaving sammy with you guys. she is pretty much like a kid to me. that is the biggest thing. knowing she is having a great time being watched and comes home tired and BALANCED

of course your groomer is great too. having the option to board (and often times at late notice) is wonderful too.

All of the dogs are happy and the faciliteis are clean. The people enjoy what they are doing.

I love that my dogs enjoy coming there. It is great that they come out in the morning to greet you at your car. I really enjoy that I am able to chat with everyone there. Sarah has been fabulous with my dogs and love that she enjoys it as much as they do.

I like that the dogs are supervised during the day and that there is a staff member on site overnight in case there is an issue with a dog. I do wish though that my instructions for my dog were followed as requested. Lately it has been better, but in the past, it seemed like they were ignored. For example, my dog sleeps with a blanket and a bungie dog toy. In the past, I'm not sure these were given to her when she was crated. She doesn't crate at home and this (as well as boarding in general)seems to stress her. I just want her to have her things when crated. I brought it up with the staff the last couple times she boarded. They seem to understand now what I am requesting.

The fact that you come outside when I arrive with the dogs, and help me go out with the two of them. One is very strong and big. This is helpful.
Everyone is friendly, and loves dogs.

Friendly, pet-loving employees, clean facility, 24 hour on-site supervision, web cam option and amount of hours open to pick up pet, especially in the eve. Most of all, we like the fact that Nekoda is able to spend most of his time out of a kennel playing with other dogs.

The Great care and concern, everyone on the staff, gives to all the dogs, ESP mine...Morgan. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, to the parents. I feel so comfortable, leaving Morgan at Dogtopia, he always has a wonderful time.

I can almost always get a spot for my dog, even with only a couple of day's notice. My dog is happy to go to Dogtopia. I love that I can watch the camera and see my dog having a good time with the other dogs.

Easy drop off, reasonable rates, flexible times, convenient location, friendly staff and dog loves it.

Friendly and caring staff. Clean facilities. The webcams are great too, though I wish they were higher resolution - it's tough to see the dogs sometimes, especially in the outside play areas.

I love EVERYTHING about your services! Your staff is unbelievable. They love Kolbie and tolerate all her 'issues' and always put my heart at ease when I drop her off for the day or for an overnight stay. I am forever grateful for everything they do for us. I love the way they greet me at the car, the way they answer the phone when I check on Kolbie during the day and they NEVER act like I am bothering them, EVER!

When I call, I get specific details about my dogs' behaviors. I know that the staff pays attention to them. I can see it too on the webcam. The facilities are always clean and there aren't any offensive odors.
