I was so comfortable leaving my dog with Dogtopia Highlands Ranch. The staff are kind and caring with the animals and they are extremely well taken care of. I also loved being able to use the webcam features to see what my puppy was up to! Will always use them for when I need to drop my dog off for a weekend or a long vacation!

They know the animals, are great with the humans and canines, and provide an environment for safe play with other dogs!

I really love the webcam access. It's comforting to be able to check in whenever I can and see what my dog is up to. It's also great how much play time they get! So much better than other places we've boarded her with.

Cleanliness, the interaction with other dogs, only healthy dogs are allowed to stay, the supervision of the dogs, the safety of the dogs (someone on premises at all times). The separation of small dogs and larger dogs, no aggressive dogs allowed, the friendly staff who appear to love the dogs. After two stays at Dogtopia, our little dog went in with her tail wagging. She appeared to know where she was and appeared to be happy to be there.

Everyone knows them and they love everyone. We always feel safe and never worry about

I love that my dog Mac was safe and cared for while we were on vacation. I love that we were able to watch him on the doggie cam and see him happy and playing!!

Most everything is perfect about your service. Marlee comes home tired and happy after her stays with you. My only frustration this time was that I had put a postcard that I received from you for a complimentary nail clipping for her birthday in her bag that had her food in it and when my daughter picked her up we had been charged for the service. We also were missing her blanket that had been in her kennel when we dropped her off. Both of these things were minor in the scope of it all, as we will still use and recommend your service! Dogtopia is the best!

The personal care that Molly gets from everyone. If I ask if she has a good day or has eaten well, the staff can ALWAYS tell me. They have great follow up. Everyone is friendly and truly cares about about what kind of a day she is having. I LOVE that the staff comes out and gets her out of my car in the morning! What a convenience! I can be focused and have a great day at my job because I know my baby is in good hands!

Friendly, they know your dog by name and know me. They strive to accomodate you and are very flexible with drop off times and pick up times. I love that they come outside to get the dog, when running late this is great.

Convenient, friendly, and can also board the dogs if needed. Very convenient to our home.

Friendly staff, close to home

The entire staff is wonderful to work with and they genuinely care about my dog. Lucy loves coming to Dogtopia and I have peace of mind because I know she is being well taken care of by people that really care about her. She goes crazy when we drive up to Dogtopia and I know she really wants to be there. The staff is very flexible and when I leave in the morning, I don't worry about my dog. Name removed

Hours. Cleanliness. Very friendly staff. ( We like the location) Wish you had a swimming pool... Our old dog has shown more bounce since he has been visiting Dogtopia.

I love that I can click on the weccam and watch my dogs playing from wherever I am. I also like that dogs are seperated by size, and aren't cooped up in a kennel all day.
