My dog appears to be safe while at your location and the employees all love dogs. Its a fantastic environment for my dog to be in. I always say the best place for my dog is at home running around the house, but if he has to be any other place its at Dogtopia of Highlands Ranch!
That Puddles clearly likes everyone there. I don't think you can easily fool animals and she's genuinely fond of the people there, which means they treat her well. That is the most important thing any daycare service could offer. Also, coming out to the car to get her at drop off is particularly helpful.
Everything!!!! You are the best and others could learn a lot about from watching your organization starting from the way you greet every owner and every dog - and the love you show for every dog. I believe dogs touch our hearts in ways children can't and that love you show translates into happiness and pride for us owners. And the dogs know this too. I love how each day I bring Duchess she is raring to jump out and go play ... it is so funny and just makes my day. IF Dogtopia corporate is looking for a MODEL location to hold up as an example, this is the one!!! To everyone of us skeptics like me that thought dog daycare was a lavish silly luxury, I say no it isn't - you receive ten fold the enjoyment and satisfaction out of if for what you pay.

Cassie loves it there, we visted 3 other day cares and yours is the one she was happy to go back to and literally runs to see you. She also bounces when she sees many of the workers there - can't ask for anything better than knowing she is well taken care of.

The staff seem to treat all the dogs with love and take good care of them. I like the fact that you keep the small dogs separate from the large ones. I also like the grooming services.

Everyone there is VERY friendly and always seems to genuinely love our dog. Almost every time we arrive, the person who greets us even remembers our dog's name, which is fabulous. I also LOVE that every time we get close to the daycare, our dog starts to go a little bit crazy in the car....and the second the car door opens, she bolts for the door. How can you not love a place that makes your dog that excited?? I would recommend Dogtopia to anyone!

Consistant staff, friendly staff, you guys are on top of preventing problems.
That it could be months before I see you again, and yet you remember my dog's name. That there's great love and patience with my animal...and that it's okay for me to call you every day and check up on him (while boarding) without the staff getting annoyed with my calls. I also love that you are very accommodating; when in a bind, you have always found a way to accommodate me/my schedule.
