Very welcoming facility with very friendly staff who love the dogs so much. The dogs get to have so much fun there. I also like that someone is in the building with them overnight when they are boarding, and that they are so well taken care of throughout the day. It gives us peace of mind. Thanks you guys!!

The friendliness and professionalism. The grounds are kept nice and the webcam is a blast to watch. A suggestion thou, maybe more angles with the webcam.And besides that , the price is right. Thanks for the good service!

My dog loves to come to play camp, and also to board. I love the people at the front desk, love taht you remember us, and come out to the car when you see us drive up if you are not busy.

Everyone at Dogtopia are friendly, professional, and it's obvious they love animals. I've no doubt my dog is treated in the best possible manner. I've referred Dogtopia to many co-workers...whether it's Highlands Ranch or other possible location.

We love everything about Dogtopia!!!! From your hours to your staff we love being able to bring Buttercup by. We know we can relax because she's going to be in great hands plus we can always check on her through your webcam which was such a great idea! I've already told friends about you guys and being new to CO (from Southern California) I wish we had a Dogtopia there too! Buttercup's daddy especially appreciates the way the staff will come out to his car in the mornings when he's in a rush to get to work! You guys are awesome! Friendly, helpful staff who care about the pets in their care. Safe and clean environment where we dont have to worry about how our pet is doing.

They are always willing to help out if I am going to be late picking up my dog. Their entire staff is very kind to my dog and I know how much they love him everytime i take him in! I would never go anywhere else:)

The owners and staff at HR Dogtopia are what differentiate this Day Care and Boarding facility from all the rest. They make me feel like my dog is well cared for and that they are always happy to see us and have him. They are extremely flexible and supportive of our family needs. Most importantly, the facility is clean and set up great for indoor/outdoor play as well as comfortable boarding. I love the set up for overnight boarding that keeps dogs in a warm play room in kennels that are the same as those I have at home. Without question, the fact that Ed stays overnight with the dogs to ensure they are safe and well cared for is one of the biggest differentiators in service compared to other kennels. The owners and staff at Dogtopia are among the highest quality customer focused group of people I have ever met. They have truly established a client focused excellence driven service model.

The attentiveness of the staff, how well our dogs are looked after, we feel the staff and ownwership really care about our dogs. We like the daily stories of how the dogs did. The "Cadillac Service" of the pickup and drop off procedures. We feel like the staff and ownership are like family to us.

Everyone is very friendly. The facility is extremely clean and I alwasy feel like my dog will be well taken care of when I drop him off. I have never been anything but completely satified with Dogtopia!

I feel the staff at Dogtopia really care about and like my dog. At some other places it seems it is more of a "job" for the staff. I love the extras they surprise me with - photos, stories, etc. It feels like a very warm, safe place to take her.
