I like the fact that someone is on site with the dogs who are boarding overnight in case there are problems. I also like that the dogs are out of their kennels for the majority of the day and evening, and are allowed to roam, play or lounge around as they would in their own home environment. The staff seems to genuinely care for the dogs. My dog stays there because it is as close her routine at home as she can get when she has to board.

People are friendly. Our dog really seems to like it there. Most importantly, Dogtopia was dealing with kennel cough at one point. Our dog got it and we were really unhappy as no one had warned us that it was going around. Dogtopia agreed to pay our vet bill to rectify the situation. That is customer service.

We love the staff that take care of our furry friend when we drop him off for a day of play! They are so loving and passionate about every dog they interact with. We feel so blessed to have found Dogtopia and speak highly of this business to our family and friends!

I've only brought my dog there 3 times (and the first two half-days were free!) But in this short time, I do see that the staff genuinely cares for dogs. I especially enjoyed - and was surprised by - photographs given to me of my dog at his first day at Dogtopia and the report card telling me about (fur-) friends that he made. That was very sweet.

The WebCams provide an invaluable tool to assess your dog's social behavior. I would not hire any Dog Day care that doesn't provide Web Cams. But I do wish you would not turn them off from 12:00 -2:00 pm while the dogs are "resting"; for 3 reasons:
1. My dog is shy and spent most of his day pacing around anxiously, trying to keep his distance from other dogs. I need to see if he actually gets any rest at midday.
2. I was told he does not eat the lunch I left for him to eat at noon, and in order for me to assess his stress leveI, I need to see him in this environment - in which he refused to eat.
3. The cameras are "OFF" 50% of the time, when you leave your dog for Half Days (4 hours). Not good.

I have to drive 40 minutes to your Highlands Ranch location.
I need a Dogtopia closer to me, in the area of Smoky Hill Road, or Southlands Mall. Thank you.

People seem nice and into animals. I wish there were some toys for the dogs.

I love that the employees know my dog by her name and always welcome her to Dogtopia. I like how I can watch Scarlett on the web cam if I am out of town. I feel comfortable heaving my dog there knowing she will be cared for and well taken care of. Thank you friends at Dogtopia.

Dogtopia has been a Godsend for my high energy puppy! He is never, ever tired except after he has been at Dogtopia. Not sure what I did without it!! The people are absolutely incredible! Kind, considerate and really seem to take an interest in me and my dog. Cannot recommend it more highly!

The staff genuinely care about the dogs. I received a first day folder with pictures of him playing and a note how his day was. When I called and checked on him, the staff was very gracious and gave me an update. This morning, when it was super cold outside, one of the staff members came out to my car and got chinook for me. Y'all are fabulous
