The staff genuinely care about the dogs. I received a first day folder with pictures of him playing and a note how his day was. When I called and checked on him, the staff was very gracious and gave me an update. This morning, when it was super cold outside, one of the staff members came out to my car and got chinook for me. Y'all are fabulous

All the employees of Dogtopia are amazingly friendly and always remember our Roma the second she walks in the door. She always comes home happy and exhausted, just how we like it! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, except on one occasion where a middle aged lady with dark hair. I dropped off my dog and she seem upset because you were very busy. I walked out and came back because of her attitude and asked if it was a problem leaving my dog because of her attitude she said it wasn't, but it was obvious she way having a bad day. The rest of the staff is excellent, and my dog gets very excited when I put up in your lot.. And I love it when the staff walks out to welcome us. Good job.
