I enjoy pickleball very much at the Y mca. I appreciate all they have done to make the Y better for this sport including sun shades resurfacing the courts lots of different classes for improving your game.
The atmosphere here is energetic yet low key. I don’t feel as if I have to do my hair and makeup to work out!!!
I play pickleball there from time to time and my wife takes a strength training class that has helped her lot. The Y is a friendly place to work out.

Nice facility. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub while we were out of Sacramento and wanted to get some laps in. Bummer there’s no swim suit spinner like the other Sacramento facilities, but glad there were plastic bags

I go to the YMCA exclusively for pickelball open play in the mornings. I enjoy the exercise and social contact that the game brings.
The yoga and Pilates teachers. The cleanliness. The values. The location. (I live downtown.) The historic building. The pool. The lifeguards.
I have been exercising at the Y (Rollingwood) for over 40 years. That says it all.
This gym has new state of the art machines and free weights all in close proximity. It's very quiet and uncrowded so you can get a workout in a low stress environment. However, parking is limited, so you might have to park in a residential area and walk a few blocks.

I really enjoyed the introduction from Tia for the Pilates reformer classes. She’s great and I’m hoping to attend her classes as soon as my schedule changes.

This YMCA is awesome. Everyone is very nice, and it is not overly crowded. I joined for the gym, & the Tai Chi classes. Daniel, the Tai Chi instructor is great! He's very kind & patient.
I love the Ron's Tai Chi class which I have done about 3 years now and Tia's Friday morning Qui Dong. I really miss Tia's beginning Pilates class. It was a shame that that class had to be cancelled.
