The Rollingwood Y is a very nice neighborhood club that offers tennis, Pilates, pickleball, circuit training rooms, weight machines, free weights, pool workouts, etc. I have had the same trainer for several years and she is awesome!
I love Rollingwood for so many reasons: Friendly people, great teachers and coaches, nonassuming atmosphere...thanks for being there!

It is a nice low key place to work out.
We enjoy the MWF arthritis water class and have recommended it to friends.
I enjoy taking the aerobics class and then hitting the gym. Love the offers of all the other classes I've been to several. Love that college Street is now open can't wait to try some of their offerings. The gym is the perfect size for me. Has plenty of options for my workouts.

Great instructors and inclusive attitude. Good selection of group fitness classes. I especially like that a lot of the classes are available for seniors. Over the last few years I’ve significantly improved my balance, strength and endurance.
The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. 
There are a great variety of fitness classes. I especially like Tia’s classes.

The instructors always modify exercises if someone has physical issues. The front desk ALWAYS helpful and sooo nice. Love Love Love the Spin instructors. Thank you YMCA. I’ve had health issues throughout the years and YMCA comes thru for me. ALWAYS will be grateful for the Y!!!! Love to all!
The Y is great and affordable!
I am enjoying classes at Senior Center however classes at Y on College are not as desirable…. Why?

Lot of different exercises to do. I'm workout on the cardio machines upstairs and then lift weights downstairs and afterwards go into the pool for water stretching with Pat
I enjoy the relaxed nature of the facility and no loud music piping through the sound system.
Everyone is so nice. It’s a clean safe place to exercise. Lots of different classes to choice from
I like the expertise of the water class instructors. Always cheerful and helpful.

Tia is an amazing instructor and manages to meet everyone’s needs as well as keeping it fun.

Sabrina Singh and Jennifer Hogan are outstanding instructors and guides. The exercise equipment and hours of access to use it are very good.
The variety of workout classes they offer, always clean, updated equipment, swimming, basketball, pickleball.
The pool and the whole building is well-kept.
Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient staff staff
Staff member Michael has been very helpful and welcoming. We feel at home there and as if we’re among friends instead of just a number. Also, I like the intimate nature of the gym and the complete lack of competition. Nice selection of classes.
