Beautiful facilities particularly the courts.
I enjoy the availability of the classes I like: Pilates on the Mat and Yoga, and the high quality of these classes. Also I like using the weight machines in the Cardio room; they seem to me to be of very good quality, for a good workout in a relatively short time. Plus, this is an attractive facility both exterior and interior. The squash courts and the outdoor pool are beautiful
Group classes with good instructors
I love to see many adults with different ages, background; some of them are possibly retired, who are enjoying themselves by workouts be in group classes or interacting with other people. You can notice the sense of community that people experience at the Y. There are also a variety of clases to fit the needs a learning styles of people. Finally, the Y has very professional instructors who guide us in our goals to live a happy and healthy life.
The teachers for qi gong and tai chi are awesome, supportive, friendly, good at explaining the positions and philosophy. The people at the Y are wonderful and friendly, both staff and people using the Y.
It was very pleasant. I actually enjoyed the mat pilates class with Stefani. She really knows her pilates. The actual space is very nice and quiet.

Appreciate all the equipment available, the times the gym is open and I feel at home here.
Sure, there have been some pain points with broken equipment, things I wish we had but it is meeting my needs.

Aqua Aerobics , pickleball and weight machines

Friendly staff and instructors are great. I play a lot of pickle ball and Renee and other maintenance staff go out of their way to make the pickle ball area a safe environment to play in, I really appreciate all their hard work
I enjoy the pool, the spa room, and the locker room. I would love spin classes again (I was a CAC member).
I enjoy the senior chair classes and love the Friday Circuit Class.
However, some classes are full & waitlisted on the schedule, but chairs are still available when class begins.
Really need to add back Perfect Balance Class on Monday 11:30-12-30 with Brigitta T, since Toni is no longer teaching Chair Pilates. Brigitta is very good.
Also need to fill the Friday Chair Yoga Class that Jeannette used to teach 11:30-12:30.
There used to be 5 days a week, now only 3/week and always full.

It's always filled with happy people and they have a great exercise room and great yoga classes!
The friendly atmosphere, I enjoy the swim aerobics class.
We enjoy the classes, equipment, landscaping, and location of Rollingwood. The sound system in the spin room could use some work, as it's very hard to hear what the instructor is saying regardless of the volume. The lighting is also a little cold/blue. But otherwise, we love it!
The availability of a wide variety of group exercise classes
I do the Tuesday and Thursday Water Aerobics classes almost every week due to my physical limitations, and appreciate that, until Teresa is able to come back, that you hired Angel. She's very enthusiastic and makes the class almost as much fun as Teresa did.
I participate in an aqua aerobics class almost every day. There are five very qualified instructors ar my club. Each has a different style and that makes it fun. I also use the machines and attend other classes on occasion but I am really a dedicated water rat!
I really appreciate the friendly desk staff and the helpful instructors. And the club members are also friendly and fun!

My membership has allowed me to do strength exercises on a regular basis as well as having access to multiple other classes such as yoga.
