You have senior classes for every day. That's 5 times better than silver sneakers.
Love Heather & Fernanda, the Pilates instructors, plus the young people at the front desk.
The sense of community, great front desk staff and class instructors. A very welcoming environment.
Everything is good there for adults and kids.
Nice environment, friendly staff, and great equipment.
Your instructors
Friendliness, good instructors, cordial staff, excellent classes.
I've been a participat in the arthritis class for 18 plus years and will continue as long as possible. Have alto membership. Have also recruited numerous others. The Y is my "go to" for activity.
Been a member at RollingWood since it opened in the 1970's before it was a YMCA. Wonderful neighborhood club!
Rollingwood is simply the friendliest and supportive club that I’ve belonged to. I so appreciate the care and professionalism that the instructors and front desk provides. Filled with encouragement, it keeps me honest with my workouts and self-care!
Everyone who come in is accepted.
Too many people in the water classes.
Friendly staff. Clean and tidy facility. Not over crowed.
The staff, including the lifeguards are very friendly. Very engaging. I feel at home there. I swim almost everyday, because that's the one physical activity I can do. And I look forward to going. I would like to see electricity run to the lifeguard shack with a heater-they always look cold, LOL! of course I know things cost money so- baby steps. I just gave a friend of mine rolling woods number and she just joined! So yay!!
A swimmer also.
A responsive and friendly staff— and the pool!
Great staff and members.
Nice equipment. Not busy when I’m typically there.
Need better internet
Need way to get connected to sound on the various tvs
there's nothing we didn't enjoy.
I love swimming laps in the pool.
It is a very nice facility—clean, well appointed, and spacious. I have enjoyed every class I have taken there.
I enjoy the chair classes offered to seniors. However, there is room for more than 18 because it’s often difficult to get into a class. You have to set your alarm a week in advance. Sometimes when it says I’m off the waitlist I get the notice right when class starts so it’s too late. I probably wouldn’t promote more members of my age joining because that’s less chance of getting into classes. I would be happy to purchase more chairs.

Excellent workout rooms, both machines and weights. Best stuff in the area.
Showers and bathrooms clean; soap in containers. (I am used to In Shape's gyms)
The friendliest greetings from everyone
Great location for us and the club has everything we need for our physical health.
The facilities are comfortable and lovely, but the cardio is always way too hot. I really wish that youd turn the AC on in there. One puny fan with a sign below it saying that we have to ask staff to for us is not adequate. After running on a treadmill for 30 to 60 minutes, it feels like I’m in the sauna. It is awful. Apart from this, the staff are lovely, the facilities are well maintained and never overly crowded and I am totally happy.
Their fabulous staff and customer service. The luxurious pool and spa
small crowd, friendly staff
The gym has nice equipment, staff is helpful, there's plenty of group and private training, and lots of different types of workout programs available.
Some suggestions, though: have a way for gym members to let staff know of broken equipment (I've asked several staff about equipment that wasn't working but no one seemed to know how to report it); let us know who we ask for help with using the equipment (not a training session, just how to use/adjust equipment); in-pool training (e.g., aqua jogging) during spring/summer; survey the members about what additional group training they'd like and other suggestions.
I like the classes, the trainers (very knowledgable), and the staff (friendly and helpful).

An excellent instructor for yoga...
