Pool, group lesson in gym, being able to use other Ys
I like the classes, the space, and especially the sauna and spa area. The parking issue doesn't bother me, since the RT station is only half a block away.
Unfortunately the showers in the Men's locker room effectively run only cold water. I understand this is due to lack of use, but that situation is not going to improve on it's own. To be more specific nobody is going to use those showers very much if they effectively only run cold.
Enjoy the water aerobic classes.
I enjoy the instructors and I enjoy the other members. The Y does need to upgrade the infrastructure. It is really kinda shabby!

I appreciate the friendly staff. The vibe is lowkey. The gym has everything I need. I like the 360 app that lets me stay on top of what’s happening when at my Y. I love my personal training sessions. The people are friendly.
The water exercises have changed my life! This along with learning how to play pickleball and continued attendance has strengthened my core and keeps me flexible. Over the past 3 years I’ve dropped weight and made lots of new friends! What a way to engage and enjoy retirement!
Group exercises YMCA of W street has been my place to go.I do yoga the most with Amy and stretch with Teresa and wieght lifting with Jackie.It gives a lot of oppertunity to learn and correct ourselves in our postures.It also gives a chance to make new friends and when you make friends there is no age color or ethnicy required and everyone receives with an open arms.I hope these friendships last for ever.The equipment room is filled with all that is safe to be used and their trainers are well trained and knowlegable.I trained with Ellias and he gave such a good orientation that now I attend his class every thursday with my friends.
Above all its a great place to be and I wish the best to the management for keeping it nice and well.

The group fitness classes are fun and the instructors and fellow members are friendly.
I like my experience at Rollingwood YMCA. It has well-kept tennis and Pickleball courts. I also compete in pickleball functions. The gym is another area I use regularly. I have a good feel for Rollingwood's family-focused approach. Rollingwood YMCA is one of the best health, fitness, and social facilities I have been associated with.
I enjoy meeting with a group of people in the morning to play pickelball several times a week.
