I enjoy the size of the facility and the availability of offerings to its members. The weight room is not overwhelming or intimidating. I can workout and fell welcome when I join in the group exercise classes. I also like that there is a pool on sight. The location is also a plus. Finally, the staff is very friendly and they are always willing to help.

Lots of fitness equipment with clear instructions for use. Very helpful staff. The place is clean and bright and airy and well looked after.
