I like the rec center. I dislike that sometimes they will close the center with only one day notice citing “special events”. The most recent was for the Allen USA celebration. The closure was not previously scheduled and seemed to be a last minute staff decision “to allow staff to volunteer at the celebration”.

Everything. Facility is great, staff is great, fitness instructors are great, equipment is great.
The only concern I have had is fitting too many people into the smaller classroom when the large one was available. That made no sense to most everyone in the class.

It’s super nice clean with modern equipments, friendly environment for kids. However, I wish the recreation center has own courts for each sport. The staffs are very enthusiastic and helpful. So far, I attended some group classes which is fun and motivated. I wish the instructor gives different levels for different folks and walks around to check. These are my suggestions. Anyway, I enjoy the recreation and will recommend for my friends and family.
Facility is clean, updated equipment that is not too close to the other equipment. The amount of patrons are reasonable with minimal, if any wait time, to use equipment. The staff is very personable and ready to assist with any questions.
I feel very welcomed Everytime I come by all the receptionist staff, instructors and the Housekeeping Staff. The Facility is Very Clean and well kept. I Love being a member🩷

Friendly staff, clean facility and restrooms; Great & cozy atmosphere despite the actual purpose of the facility is to exercise!
With the new addition of the exercise room where Court 1 used to be, there is more equipment for use even during peak times. At times this new room can be full too, but that is out of JFRC control!
The indoor track is very helpful to walk around in during the brutal summer weather in order to get laps in. The new lockers designed to store backpacks securely are a plus as well!
The air-conditioning thoughout the facility is absolutely a godsend during the summer heat as well. Please do not make it warmer than needed. It is the place to be to cool down from the heat!

I enjoy different kind new exercise machines, nice personal, clean spaces, new big mats where can do yoga by myself and etc
I wish there were good yoga and dance classes too.

Excellence swimming facilities, and comfortable water temperatures.
Great place to get in some resistance training for me. Personal trainers are top notch. Lots of staff available and facility is well cleaned and maintained.
Before ongoing illnesses we used the Senior Center for years. Ready to begin again. It is perfect.
