I enjoy the water aerobic classes that are offered with membership by The Aquatic Center. There are many choices of exercise classes. This facility is very efficient; staff is friendly. The membership is reasonable. This Center is a tremendous asset to the City of Allen residents.

Katie’s deep water aerobics classes are wonderful! She leads us in a variety of exercises and explains the benefits of each exercise. She encourages us to work up to our varying ability levels, yet provides alternative suggestions to those of us who cannot physically perform a given exercise. Katie does all of this with a welcoming and cheerful demeanor.
The friendliness of everyone and that there is something for everyone all ages and stages of fitness or rehabilitation.

The Allen aquatic center is a great place to be part of because of the variety of courses it offers. The coaches and instructors are professional, the clerks are very respectful and the prices are affordable for the entire community.

Great facility, absolutely top notch.
The Life in Allen app doesn't work too well, it stats very slow and often fails to connect. The customer QR code should load INSTANTLY also without good Internet connection. I use screenshot instead of the app.
I really like being able to swim through the winter. The hot tub is great, but the temps have been a little low lately. I have seen a few roaches near the pool recently. The staff and the guards are nice. The pool has been clean, and it doesn't feel like there is too much chlorine. Thank you!
The front desk staff are wonderful. So friendly. Makes me feel as if I am greeting old friends. After workout in water feel like I have treated myself. Love it.
Honestly - this place is a diamond. It's extremely affordable. No contracts or ridiculous fees. It's local and easy to get to. Rarley is it very crowded and even when it is a little busier, it is nothing like many gyms that are just completely swamped. I may have to wait for a machine in the fitness center or a lane in the pool for 5 or 10 minutes every now and then, but that is no big deal. It's relatively well maintained and clean, especially for a city facility. I've used both the fitness center and the pool 4-5 day/week for about 2 years now. We've also rented the pool for multiple birthday parties for our kids. This place is awesome and I plan to be a member as long as I live nearby and the building is still standing.
I love the facility. The cost is affordable, and there are a variety of classes to fit many needs. It is good place to connect with others your age.

I enjoy swimming laps in the aquatic center competition pool. The staff members are very helpful and the facility is always clean and well maintained. Plus the membership fee is very competitive.

Close to home has both aquatic and workout area. Space for classes. Wish it had a reformer.
