I’ve been so impressed with i9. We have only tried volleyball so far but it’s such a well run program. Comparing it to things like Loudoun soccer or CLBL basketball i9 takes the cake for being so positive and fun! The organizers running the day are exceptional.

Practice and game all in the same day

The volleyball program was a great starting point for our daughter. The staff is very helpful and the program is priced right.

With a busy child that zips from one activity to another, I like that i9 has opportunities for young children like him to try sports and spend just 1 hour a week on that sport. It is just enough time to practice, but not too long that it is overwhelming for him. I also like that he is introduced to playing on a team, listening to direction, encouraged to get out of his comfort zone. All those things are essential for social development . Although my son isn’t very coordinated, and is a little intimidated by the game, the coach still encourages him to participate and hypes up the kids so they’re all having fun. At the end of the game, if my son had fun, I feel that the i9 programs are successful.

Flexibility to try out multiple sports each year

Loved that fields and play times didn’t change! Kids had so much fun!

I like the people involved. It is laidback and not so intense like other leagues. The coaches treat the kids like kids and focus on fun and learning.

Good for kids new to playing sports.

The coaches really help the kids learn the sport. As a single mom, I really appreciate the way they take time to ensure the kids understand the different positions and the over all sport. Most of all the kids have a great time while learning and playing.

The only flaw was during the initial sign up, it was stating that the location was going to be in the Norwood Park area. This was one of the main reasons we signed up for this program. Then a few days before the actual practice started, they gave an Elgin location, which is an 40 min drive to and from where we live. That was not cool but kept my daughter enrolled because we had already talked about going and she was excited about it. And I’m glad we kept her in! The staff and coaches are really good with the kids and really teach them skills on how to play the game. Over all, we are really happy with this clinic and will sign her up again but I hope this time it will be closer to home!

I love how i9 is focused on fun and skill, not competitiveness. It's wholesome and family oriented. We have enjoyed all of our experiences since joining!

Games and practices are on weekends

Love the I9 program. Especially, for beginners. Staff is really great with the kids and the games are fun.

Its a great start for the children to start learning about the sports without feeling pressured. I love that the coaches let the kids have fun and enjoy the sport.
