Customer Testimonials
Organization, attentiveness, patience and most importantly communication.
Coaches are friendly and respectful
I love the communication and the ease enrolling my child and also volunteering to coach. As the head coach of my son's 4-6U team at Holy Nativity, it was nice to have weekly coaching plans available for reference.
The coaches Zoom meeting run by Brandon Mitsunaga was very helpful to walk a new coach like myself through the process and to answer any questions I had. It was also very easy to reserve courts for practice sessions for my team.
I also emailed Brandon M. a few times with questions, he responded in a timely manner and answered my questions each time. I am grateful for his support and glad i9 has somebody like him.
The student worker at Holy Nativity, Cameron Twu, was also very helpful as I had an issue that needed immediate attention. Cameron was able to solve it and help me immediately so I am also grateful i9 hired this student worker.
Overall, I am very pleased with my son's first ever basketball league, the friends he made along the way and the skills he has built in the past few months. My son has come so far, initially never shooting a basketball to making shots on an 8 foot rim. We have already signed up for a 2nd basketball season with i9 starting in late March,

This was our first experience with i9, My daughter had a great time learning and working on her volleyball skills. She had some of her friends with her and made new ones. Watching the practices the kids were very active
I like how laid back everyone including the parents are, I like that it teaches teamwork and good sportsmanship, there’s so many different sports you can do as well. My favorite part is probably that it’s at the same park every week which makes it very easy for us.
My son is very shy and he was still able to get In the game and play and sit on the side when he felt overwhelmed
How easy and comfortable it was for my child to learn
The coaches and volunteers were nice and great with the kids. The keep managed for everyone to enjoy themselves, even the parents. Great experience for the entire family!
We have been with i9 for several years and have loved it! The coaches are so supportive and encouraging and are really passionate about teaching volleyball!
We have had a great experience with soccer and basketball for beginner players
Great optimism and motivation by the coaches.
They're fun! I love a quick practice and a game all in the same time and day- the perfect introduction to try a new sport.
My son loves plying with i9. I love the convenience of having his practice right before the game which makes scheduling super easy and helps gives him more confidence when he plays. For little players this is super helpful!

Practice and game in one day is easy for work life balance. I think the kids would build more skills work some stronger coaching and direction in the moment. Also having prerequisites for the different levels so kids are planned in the right group.
We loved our coaches this session!!
We've moved i9 sports!
Support from staff, great organization with Gideon, and great customer service with Stacey.
We love the more laid back feel of i9. There is less pressure to win and more focus on ensuring kids are building their skills and having fun. Our staff is awesome especially Danielle, Phil, Steve, and Juwan. They make every season fun and enjoyable.
The learning atmosphere and the outstanding staff!
The coaches really engaged with the players and also, I really appreciate how well skilled they are in the sport of volleyball. They take the time to explain the rules of the game for the players to understand and also teach them the basic first and gradually adding new steps/instructions.
The coaches are also well prepared.
I like that my child can play in a sport that is not offered in her school. I also feel like meeting new kids each season opens up my child's worldview and helps develop her teamwork skills.
There are many different sports to choose from. The coaches come prepared and the kids learn skills from their first practice/game. The teams are kept pretty small so there is lots of playing time. The staff is excellant. The soccer and bball kids that ref are so good with the kids. The littles love having a "big" kid talk to them on the court or field. Weekly communication is incredible.
Everything on one day is super nice!
I appreciate the 4 week sessions to learn basic skills.
You are truly family-oriented, and it shows in everything you do. Your program here in Clarksville, TN has given our children more than just a place to play — you’ve given them hope, pride, confidence, and a true understanding of teamwork and sportsmanship.
When parents show up — and I know I’m not alone in this — we aren’t just cheering for our own child. We’re cheering for every child on that court and field. That’s what I9 Sports represents: team spirit, love, compassion, and community.
You provide a safe environment where children can grow, build character, prepare for future athletics, and even discover new passions. That matters. It matters to our kids, and it matters to us as parents.
Thank you for investing in our children and in this community.
With gratitude,
A Proud Parent
We have been impressed with the organization and structure of the program, especially considering the coaches are all volunteer! Our girls have loved it and now want to try something a bit more competitive. But the intro to the sport WITH the positive, good sportsmanship-like environment has been a great introduction.
The experience has been fairly simple. The staff has been helpful. My only complaint is that there is only one coach. Another coach has not shown up. The existing coach has been awesome but it is unfair for him to be coaching both teams.
I like that all kids get equal playing time at the lower levels. The app is always great at reminding you when and where your game is. Overall, I have had a great experience so far!
We love the location, especially the Memorial Hermann location. I9 need more help on first day of the league. It was an absolute hot mess and schedules ran very late that day. Each week, the fields should be numbered since parents forget about the weird numbering. Other than that, staff are friendly and are helpful with questions.

Organization, communication, and predictability.
