That the kids get a jersey to feel like a team and that team photos and purchase able photo packs are available also are excellent. I also love the text communication and the game day app is very useful. We also love that there is a lot of staff that are very helpful. My son loves going!

i like that it’s mixed skill for older kids so kids that didn’t start sports at 5 can still play. i’m a little bummed that it doesn’t go to 13 and beyond tho

They are encouraging to the kids - not competitive, the coaches have been great with my son even when he does not want to participate
Location and on turf is great! The Staff is actively involved in the games to keep them flowing and encouraging.

I love how inclusive the coaches are. The program my child is in currently teaches skill and endurance while keeping the kids engaged.

This session has been an excellent experience with your company. We have previously used I-9 and we’re not happy when there was no coach assigned to our kiddos team as there was no structure and the kids did not get anything out of the program. This session my kiddo has been assigned with an excellent coach. He is someone who not only gives the kids feedback throughout the game and practices with them before the games. I hear him talking to the kids about sportsmanship and he himself exemplifies what good sportsmanship should look like as a coach. One of the other teams we have played against the coach argued with your staff about his team getting tagged out during the game and attempts at bat. I could tell that this upset our coach and other parents on our team as well, but our coach chose to show sportsmanship and ignored the disturbances from the other coach. My kid as well as kids on the other coaches team also saw this and we’re questioning it. This program should not be about arguing outs, I am 100% in support of how my coach has been handling things and would be happy to have my kid on his team again in the future. The coach on the other team really needs to have some additional training on sportsmanship or removed from coaching your programs.
Great schedule for beginners and nice coaches
Close to my house; like that the kids scrimmage unlike other programs for young kids; good coaches and very educational for kids; 4yo was also so proud of his medal!
That our children can sample other sports and move their bodies in new ways without a huge time commitment. We also like that the focus is on having fun and learning. We LOVE coach Max!!!!

Pretty seamless play.
Would be better for the young ages to play 3 v 3. Even if that means more kids sitting out at a time. 5v5 is hard for the kids to stay engaged as they rarely touch the ball
