It's very organized; there is lots of communication. The i9 staff are amazing and make it very easy for the coaches. It's a great balance of letting the kids play and have fun but also stopping occasionally to teach them lessons.

We’ve had our son in Volleyball Academy for two seasons, and we couldn’t be more impressed. This program is exceptional for any young player aged 8-15 who wants to elevate their volleyball skills without the high costs of a club. The coaches here are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the sport. The way they train and develop players, with a focus on building fundamentals and teamwork, mirrors what you’d expect from a top-tier club program.
With 2-3 training sessions per week, players get a well-rounded experience, from high-quality drills to repetitions and live game scenarios. It’s the perfect place for young athletes to grow and refine their skills before making the leap to club volleyball. We highly recommend this program to anyone serious about taking their game to the next level!

I9 West Baltimore County has really good energy! They work together to keep the players engaged and they make space for kids at all levels. I like the introductory format! If you are looking for good sports instruction without the pressure and eventual toxicity of competition, this is the place! Yes, they play games, but we root for both sides. It is really fun!
