It was easy to find. A lot of time for participation. Coaches really helping out the kids to learn proper skills
That they put the kids and helping to develop their love of the game first. Some places focus on enforcing game rules, to the detriment of kids getting to learn actual player mechanics. I-9 strikes a good balance of teaching the rules of the game while keeping kids progressively motivated in developing skill mechanics.
