The front desk to schedule was professional, helpful and very easy to work with. Same applies to the checkout process. That person starts and ends the appointment very courteously.

The support staff needs work. They came across as not being interested in their job or their patient. They put the patient in an uncomfortable position. They did not provide a welcoming atmosphere to a very personal and somewhat embarrassing examination. For example they directed questions to me her son, when mother is perfectly capable of answering questions. They did give her a chance. They made an assumption. Also, they made me, her son, stand there to help my mom keep her balance while they lowered her pants. Completely unprofessional. When I called in to make the appointment there was no mention that the patient had to be mobile .
