The office is new and modern. Meeting Dr Murthy for the first time was good and informative. Dr Kim suggested him and I’m very satisfied with his choice since Kim is no longer with the group.

What do you like about Michael Herzog, MD and our office?

I really like that they work together as a team. Starting with Mary as you come in to get checked in or when you need an appointment or paperwork for a test. The communication is great between the team. Gail brings you back, asks you if you have any questions and answers them to the best of ability. Her strong suit for me is helping me fix my prescriptions through my mail in Service. Seems the insurance company always messes that up and she always straightens it out. And finally, Dr Herzog. By answering every question that I have and never making me feel rushed. Sitting in the room like we’re old friends just chatting. The overall team is top notch and I hold all my doctors to their standards.

I appreciate the short wait time, the friendly staff, and especially Dr. Herzog's attention and frank discussion about our problem and concerns. He is the 1st physician we have seen in 2 months that I feel actually HEARD us.
