I experienced a high level of professionalism combined with a very high degree of empathy. I know healthcare professionals have a goal to improve the health of patients. Find the problem, create a plan for success, and then apply the solution. I don’t think your team could have been better at that. And while doing all that, everyone from Dr. Murthy, pre-op personnel, post-op personnel, even reception and the person who wheeled me to my car, made me feel like I was the only patient in the building that day and they couldn’t wait to take care of me. I had a genuine feeling of great concern from everyone I encountered.
