Dr. Murthy is a person of integrity. He is professional and kind. He listens and guides the conversation, asking questions to get the clearest picture for what treatment is of optimal benefit. After evaluating the facts, he explains his assessment and his plan of action. He is clear about what action(s) I need to take and in what timeframe they should be done.
When a procedure is necessary, he explains the steps. At one point, he even ‘drew me a picture’ talking me through his steps.
After surgery, he communicated promptly and clearly with my family. His follow-up was on point.

I like Dr. Herzog. The office not so much. I had to reschedule my appointment with dr. Herzog because someone changed to me seeing a physician assistant. Nobody asked me if it was ok.
