Dr. Herzog is the BEST! He is professional, friendly and takes time to explain the pathophysiology behind the tests / symptoms. His 'drawing' skills enhance his explainations! He is easy to talk with and happily answers any questions. HIs high degree of knowledge shines through his words. His office is efficient and Mary is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend Dr Herzog and his wonderful office. They are a JOY!

I was sent a pre registered e mail, but no was to open it to fill out my information. In the office I was given an I pan to fill my information. When filling out my meds. I was only able to enter 2 meds, then the screen left. I had 7 more to fill in.
