Kim listens to all concerns patiently then offers so much insight into our situation, plans for now and what could be further treatments if needed with her or Dr Herzog. She answers all questions and takes as much time as needed. There is no waiting long to be seen for appointments and very short waiting times once there. She’s very friendly and kind and puts us at ease. Kim is a great addition to our care team!
