Dr. Mancini does a good job of communicating what he is doing and why it needs to be done. I went through a biopsy yesterday and for the most part it was was painless and completed very quickly.
Kimberly is just so down to earth and friendly, I was there for test results and she went over everything on the paper and explained each sentence as she read it; when I didn’t quite understand what she was saying, she went to some sort of a information board on the wall that would light up and show the areas of the kidney that we were talking about, it helped me understand what the results were saying ; her smile is contagious and welcoming!
