As soon as I got someone who would listen to me, which took a second call, I was treated respectfully and my issues were very promptly addressed. Like within an hour a truck delivered and 15 min after that a tech came and answered some equipment question for me. Awesome.

Reliable service. Fill up comes before its emergent. When our power was out for a week and our generator was running 24/7 we got a fill up on request and quickly.

Propane is clean, convenient. We've been heating with it, as our primary source, for many years now.
What I don't like? The pricing structure, the Hazmat fee, and the brand new "fuel recovery fee".
