Woke up to a 52 degree inside temp...23 outside. Empty propane tank. Called before 6:30 and asked for delivery. I was preparing to take myself to a friend's home to warm up, but the delivery truck arrived sooner than anticipated. Wow! What service! Does that even happen any more? The delivery person came in to check the pilot lights and test that everything was working properly.

He was very nice ... and said he thought the boiler was oxygen starved so we
are trying to have something open to the crawl space to give the boiler oxygen. It seems to be working. When the boiler runs it's not as loud.

I like that you seem to know when we need propane refilled - we rarely need to request a refill. Also, I like paying electronically, after reviewing my bill online. I HATE PAPER!

Reliable and friendly
The service location is our vacation home. This means that we are not at our vacation home during the harshest time of the winter season.
We never shut down our home. Therefore, it is it viable for occupancy at any time of the year. To keep our home warm and prevent frozen pipes, your service team is very alert to when it is necessary to replenish our propane tank. Thanks so much for attention to details!!!
