The driver who delivered propane to my home on July 24 could not have been any nicer. He went out of his way to create another delivery ticket so I could top off my generator tanks while he was there, therefor avoiding having to have a truck come out for a small delivery. I gladly give him 10 stars!
The reason I give you 9 stars is that it is often hard to get a confirmed delivery date as I am on auto delivery and the agent often does not know when the delivery is scheduled.

I called because there was a leak from my oil tank. A technician was sent within hours and sealed the leak, assuring me that it was minor and not uncommon in older tanks. The Technician was courteous and efficient.
