What I don't like is sending my payment and then having you send emails that I DID NOT PAY and it's very frustrating. A local Brunswick payment address would be a better choice.
You also are now waiting until I have less than a quarter tank of oil before coming...this time it was an eighth of a tank- my Son checked.

I called Downeast to fill our propane tanks because we were low due to using out automatic generator. We have auto fill-up plan but we used additional fuel. Downeast came the following day to fill our tanks. Excellent customer service, thank you!
