We recently had a propane generator installed. We always prefer to buy local and love the trust we have with your salesman Jeff McMullin, who we met through neighbors who are also his customers and friends. We were surprised to see someone we also knew years ago, Willy, as the Downeast Energy driver when he arrived this week. I like the monthly payment option, and automatic delivery. I don’t have to worry or think about running out of heat . When I need service they come and fix the problem.

I do miss being part of the planning for my annual budget plan. It’s all done for me now with no input as the consumer, me. I also feel as a loyal customer and Senior citizen that a discount would be welcome as I am retired and on a fixed income n I’m old school loyalty to a company used to mean something. Thanks.
