Quick to respond. We were made to feel comfortable within minutes of us getting to the shop. The process was clearly explained and then perfectly executed. We were given a clean and comfortable courtesy car. My car looks and drives as good as new.

The staff were very kind, and the service appointment was scheduled quickly. The only issue was with the rental car service they work with — they did not keep the scheduled time, and the car was very dirty. However, the staff said they would provide feedback to the rental car office regarding the issue. Other than the rental car experience, everything else was good.
The repair work was done well. And our very dirty family van was cleaned very thoroughly inside. And service was responsive.

Your staff is amazing as always. I have been dealing here for about 9 years. Service is always top notch. Donna is friendly, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Will always gets it done. And if there's an issue I am confident when he says it'll get taken care off. Unfortunately I don't know the young man's name who set me up in the courtesy car but he is also always friendly to deal with.
All in all I don't see a reason to go anywhere else.

I've rather unfortunately for me and my insurance premiums, have had to use the services of Kirmac Collision a handful of times in my decades of driving, two times this year alone. The last thing I want after experiencing a collision claim, at fault or not, is to have any further stress when dealing with an auto repair facility. However, Kirmac Collision certainly understands this perspective as with being an accredited ICBC Repair Facility for as far back as I can recall, they've always put me at ease upon entering their office(s) and make the process of dealing with ICBC and other aspects of a new and or existing claim, as "pain free" as possible. I simply make an appointment and upon entering Kirmac Collisions office(s), they take the reins from there. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and their level customer service and support are, in my experienced opinion, second to none from the start of the claims process through to and including the day I pickup my vehicle. They initially go over the obvious damage done to my vehicle(s), prepare some paperwork for me to sign while at the same time having arranged a courtesy car that is waiting outside the moment I walk out from their office doors. Regardless of the complexity of the claim and damage done to my vehicle(s), Kirmac Collisions efficiency has me in and out of their offices in no time whatsoever. I've dealt with Kirmac Collision, Langley office on 200th and Fraser Hwy enough times that I felt very comfortable in recommending Kirmac Collision when my elderly mother of 82yrs of age was involved in her very first, at fault collision of her life, earlier this year. Then, after I unfortunately struck a raccoon one evening late last month, a claim that was just finalized yesterday, I had no need in even considering where to go for the repairs. Kirmac Collisions offices on 200th Street and Fraser Hwy in Langley and the staff they've hired make the claims process as seamless as possible, processing my claim with the utmost professionalism and such high level of customer support as I could expect and then some. It's clear where I'll endup should another collision occur anytime soon ... not that it would be something I hope happens again yet if it does, I'll be right back at Kirmac's offices on 200th Street and Fraser Hwy in Langley for another positive experience. KEEP UP THE HIGH LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT AND I WILL CONTINUE TO BE A KIRMAC COLLISION CLIENT FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE! BG.

I found Kirmac through a random Google search and am so glad I did. I received a prompt response after completing the online claim form and was provided an appt the next day. The communication was excellent and all my queries were answered immediately. It was a lovely bonus to receive my vehicle all cleaned & vacuumed! Thanks!
