Good kind communication with Leo. Service lead. They were kind enough to let us start the process without having a reservation or booking. We just walked in. It was off process. But they welcomed us.
The person who looked after me was so efficient and was so knowledgeable and good at his job. He took all my stress away with his kindness and appropriate sense of humor. Everything was taken care for me. All I had to do was drop off my car and then pick it up. And the work done was so good.
I didn’t come across any negative experience with this particular workshop. I was pleasantly surprised at the condition my car was returned to me. It was cleaned outside and in. I found the repair work was completed with professional accuracy and the paint match spot on.
Professional speedy service
Everyone, from my initial phone call, to when I arrived, the work done and completion of paperwork; including help transferring my belongings from the loaner car back to my car...the staff were very helpful and professional.
Something that I would normally take in stride as more of an inconvenience; was noticeable in its effect on me as basic questions at Kirmac were met with some long pauses as I gathered my thoughts. Having your car broken into is such an invasion of privacy. Two pairs of prescription glasses were stolen; useless to anyone but myself. So annoying!
The man at Kirmac that led me through the process, (sorry I don't have his name) was empathetic to my situation. In spite of the fact that it's a story he hears often.
I would highly recommend their team.
