All around excellent service from the online booking system to the staff to the nice rental vehicle and finally to my car which was fixed AND detailed. Not expecting the detailing service as it was a simple ICBC bumper replacement and my car was quite dirty….but so impressed that it’s included because my car looks like new! Thank you! Hopefully I won’t need your services again but if I do I will be actually looking forward to it!

You guys were very professional and fixed the damage to my car very well. There needs to be a place to park. Both time I came out: 1st for the assessment, 2nd for the actual repair I had no spot to park. While I stopped in front of the doors, it would have been good to be able to park properly. As well everyone seemed so depressed or angry at something or someone. I wasn't treated badly and the process was great. Just was like visiting the in-laws. Aside from that keep up the good work.
