The whole process was very easy. From dropping my car off, getting a courtesy car, and picking my car up a few days later. The workmanship was very good. Overall, very good experience.
While there was a glitch with the payment on my Kirmac arranged rental car, Kirmac stayed responsive, reachable, and reassuring during the process which was 100% resolved. This to me is a sign of excellent business practice.

It was easy to arrange an appointment. In fact by text. The staff are friendly I didn’t even have to wait a week to get an appointment and it was professionally done. They provided new windshield wipers and even washed and cleaned the car!!
