I'm just a generator customer with an all-electric house who except for emergencies only uses propane to start my fireplace in the winter, so I don't do much business with you and don't have that much experience to go by. Except for my tank rental, I hadn't purchased propane in several years until the recent hurricane knocked out my power for 11 days, depleting about half my 1,000 gallon tank. The person who took my call was very nice and understood my concern that if my power didn't get turned back on pretty soon I might run out of propane (the power came on that same night, as it happens, but I didn't know that when I called). The driver was also very nice and answered the questions I had about my gauge and if it was filled to the proper level.
