The person who delivered gas to fill the tank was excellent, professional and considerate.

Fast next day response to fill my tank when the power was out.

Note: My tank float appears hung up on 95-98 percent. The tech who took some propane back out ordered that a tech come back and put back what was taken out turning it on and off to knock loose the float. Please do this as soon as possible. I need a full 80 percent tank for the next power outage, and my tank gage to work. You have been paid in full, but about 20 percent was taken back out when the gage indicated 98 percent.

They are working hard to service customers in the disaster areas of Helene.

Freeman is a reliable supplier and goes the extra mile to service their customer. I live next to the Asheville North Fork Water Treatment Plant and access to my neighborhood was limited after Hurricane Helene. After a few days of requesting a propane delivery and to our complete amazement, Freeman was at my home making a much needed delivery. Kudos to the delivery driver and all the other Freeman personnel for going the extra mile during the trying aftermath of Hurricane Helene in Western North Carolina.

Even after the freeman office here was destroyed after it flooded. Freeman got other states to bring drivers in so we could get our propane. The driver was friendly and we were thankful.

In spite of the tremendous distruction in our area, Freemsn Gas came through and got us filled up, our words of gratitude for the long hours they are working are very much given, thank you!
