Under our previous propane service, we used to run out of gas several times per year. It hasn’t happened once since we switched to Western. When I call for service, I get exactly what I want: Fast delivery and the choice of the driver who delivers. This last is especially important since I have a creek that runs across the front of my property. It is imperative that the delivery truck does not cross the creek as the weight of the truck could break the cement pipe beneath driveway. Since one side of the creek slopes sharply, it is difficult to see where the creek is. One driver, Lupe, knows the exact position of the creek bank and stops in precisely the right place. Very important to me. In addition, I recently ordered additional service for a generator. I received prompt attention and willingness by George and Tom to work with the generator installment people. I would highly recommend Western Propane to anyone who needs propane service.
