I liked the personal service from the previous owners. Since the new takeover I haven't had any interaction with this company though, I have noticed a price change in the tank rental but due to inflation I understand that. I used to receive my propane on a random basis as they would fill the tank approximately once every few months, and at a comparable and reasonable price rate. So I am hoping the new Central Coast Propane Company will be providing the same great service as I had in the past. So that is my story, and Please don't change a great provider as in your reputation in the North SLO County.

We put an ADU RV in our yard for guests. We called Western and they came to the site and told us exactly what we could have. Perfect. Recommended we have the sensor, which will send them an alert when we need a delivery......they came today and we are all set. Great company. A friendly live person answered my phone promptly.............a very different experience from
trying to contact Amerigas ( 5 calls, on hold for a total of 2 hours, never got to talk to a live
person). Ordered new service and delivery of refurb tank was timely (nice paintjob ) and
the delivery person was on time, competent and friendly. Nice Truck !

Service is great. You actually deliver when you say you will. I did place on online order with a discount code and received a confirmation but no credit. Email said it would be credited within 5 days, billed about a mouth later for the full amount. I called and the rep was able to credit my account and handle the call professionally and to my satisfaction under the company policy but, the company policy should allow for a refund (since I had a confirmation) and not a credit that will sit there for a year. But, again, the rep I spoke to was great.
