You guys helped my get a major underground leak fixed in my front yard - Thanks for that! Your delivery staff is wonderful, but the folks in the office seem to be somewhat scattered and unsure. Personally, I think that needs to be fixed. Your prices are also higher than I can obtain from other providers. You could be more competitive. The loss you might feel from a lower gas price would most likely be offset my a larger customer base. Just sayin'.

Great customer service. Easy to speak to a representative on the phone. When I had an urgent query after hours on a Friday evening - someone called me back promptly, and was able to answer my query and provide reliable information.
