Ordered my fill up at least a month ago, you charged my credit card immediately and I didn't get service for a month.......not happy about that and according to my account it's COD....very
confused. Called your office three times for updates and one of your ladies in the office was to have called me back on Friday, 8/15, or that next Monday worse case.........never heard a word. Called on this last Friday, 8/19, was told I was scheduled for 8/23--got it.
I can't be the only client having issues with your system.

We forgot to check our tank and found we had no propane one evening. No hot shower for us! Left message on the WP answering device immediately. WOW! The next morning we received a call advising us they were sending a truck out immediately! Can't beat service like that! Outstanding customer service!

I was in a fix last winter and had run out of propane, without noticing it.
I started to feel cold in the afternoon and asked if I could get a delivery.
It was a friday night.
I told customer service that I was 83 and needed it for my cooking and fireplace.
She arranged for a truck to come to my house completely off schedule
They showed up with the propane truck at 9 pm that night and filled it.
I wasn't expecting for you to do it so quickly. I was thrilled.
I like your driver, Mike, he never bothers me, only leaves paper at my door when he is done.
