Western Propane always knows when it is time to fill tank. Once when rain was coming the driver came out early because he knew our road would be muddy and he wanted to make sure we had enough propane to see us through. I can't tell you what a relief it was to see the Western Propane truck pull in--what a kind and thoughtful employee.
The pricing was better than local competitors and the service is attentive and personal.
I love many things about this company, such as:
1) that a real person answers the phone to help you when you call,
2) that everyone is considerate and helpful,
3) that you top off our tank when you send a driver to the area,
4) all of this builds my faith in Western Propane as a company who cares about it’s customers and service.
