We need propane!
We appreciate the phone call the day before delivery. We have animals loose on the property; so we have a standing request for the delivery driver to give us a call at least 30 minutes before delivery to insure our animals are safe.
Drivers are normally aware and call us before delivery, but that didn't happen with our recent delivery.
The only complaint I have is it’s so expensive otherwise service is great
To me your service is most important and the very best...never have to worry about running low or out and you work with me on how much to fill the tank at the best price. You also cooperate with me to pay my bill on a limited income...so very appreciated. And absolutely I recommend Western every chance I have. Thank you so much for everything. Deanie
