We love your customer service. Due to a death in the family we got behind on our bill and when the staff contacted us, they were always very friendly even though we were overdue, which is a rarity these days. We were also pleased with the promptness of delivery once our account was paid.
Your prices are above most of your competitors, but this is a case where the quality of service can make up for that. Not that I wouldn't love to see the prices go down :)
