We need propane!
We appreciate the phone call the day before delivery. We have animals loose on the property; so we have a standing request for the delivery driver to give us a call at least 30 minutes before delivery to insure our animals are safe.
Drivers are normally aware and call us before delivery, but that didn't happen with our recent delivery.
The only complaint I have is it’s so expensive otherwise service is great

Suggest using text messages to notify of a upcoming delivery, cell service in our area may not always be good to receive a phone call.
It is easy to call and request a propane refill. The refill is scheduled quickly and so we never run out. The drivers and the office staff are very helpful and friendly. A live person always answers the phone.

Tom came out, looked over the tank and the house set up tent to be filled the very next day with new fittings on the tank ran an additional line to guesthouse put me back into functional propane for my property without filling and moving bottles of propane on a regular basis. Really appreciate the quick prompt service good communications and I’m set for my new home. Thanks very much.
