I love how the instructors are so friendly! They even remember my name and that means a lot. The greeting/sign-in staff are so kind as well. JEFF IS MY FAVORITE GIVE HIM A RAISE! Love this YMCA. Also, can yall have a pilates class on the schedule? or yogalates?

The staff at Poole Family Y is amazing! Everyone is friendly, the group fitness instructors keep everyone motivated (try to get into 1 of their classes always full), and the membership people there aren’t enough words to say what a great job they do!
I wish the facility was bigger and we could have more classes at the same time (don’t know it there are enough instructors.
Overall this facility feels like family a safe place I can go for both my physical and mental well being.

For me, the Poole Family YMCA, is my safe place. I have been a member for almost a year and the staff is very supportive and welcoming. I’ve been working with one of their trainers and she has helped me so much with building my confidence mentally and physically. If I haven’t gotten to the gym in a while, when I get there, it’s a sign of relief. Ah, I’m now in my happy place. Thank you to everyone at the Poole Family YMCA for going above and beyond for your members. I’ll never forget, when I first joined, I was in the Start Strong class and I had to excuse myself, because I had a panic attack. On my way home, the staff called me to make sure I was okay. Thank you all and god bless. ❤️

I love the classes and the instructors! I just wish that core and a few other classes were available in the evenings, since I work during the day. It's a great place to workout and I've been a member since 2018!

All the staff that I have had the pleasure of interacting with have been kind and friendly; from the front desk to the aftercare staff. I am also a huge fan of saunas and am VERY pleased one is available on-site.
The safe space created with the front desk ensuring only those with membership are allowed to entry. The equipment is well maintained and functioning and the facilities are clean.
