Everyone is so friendly from the people at the desk, all the group fitness instructors and administrators that we see in the complex. I always feel welcome!

This particular gym is the best gym I have ever been a member of!! In terms of cleanliness, the Poole gym is remarkably well kept up, and impeccably clean. I am sure that the other YMCA gyms in this area are equally as impressive, but what makes this particular gym stand out is the PEOPLE. The folks who work here are all incredibly kind, extremely helpful, and they CARE about each person who walks in the door. We are all greeted part of a group of friends. The Poole YMCA is a very special space!

In my time in working out and going to various gyms, this is one of my favorites. The staff is so nice, the facilities are clean and so many benefits to working out here. My personal favorite is the sauna! I love this place!
