The Y is my happy place. Every time I arrive, I'm greeted with smiles & Good Morning. All of the staff are pleasant, friendly & helpful. There are so many classes, trips, lunches & other excursions for people to meet & have fun.

My special needs son and I have so much fun at Poole YMCA! We love Miss Rae and the adaptive exercise program and of course the drum exercise class. The pool is also wonderful and the people who work there are so sweet.

The staff is excellent, from the class instructors, the trainers as well as the front desk personnel. These people make the experience excellent.
The director, Noah Franklin, is phenomenal. He communicates well to families, including introduction emails, reminder emails, and signage at games and practices. At events, he is very kind to the children and makes sure everyone is included in play. He treats his staff fairly and makes sure they are doing their jobs.
