I really enjoy the facility. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The equipment is in very good shape. (I was recently at another Y in another state and some of the machines had duct-taped cushions or were out of order.) I'm taking the Strength and Balance course. Both instructors are fun and energetic. The only downside when recommending it (a 9 instead of a 10) to others is the lack of an indoor pool. That said, I have taken my granddaughter to the outdoor pools, which she really liked.
The staff! I go to two different ones The Poole staff are much friendlier than the other. I drive past the other one ( .4 miles from my house) to go 17 miles to go to Poole. That should tell you how I feel about Poole!!
The pool! Wish it was heated!

THE Front Desk ladies, like Nadia are so welcoming. EVen when I a have a break because of cancer and return they all greet me by saying "Sunshine" has returned and clap.
MY instructors have helped me get into the Live Strong class and are helpful in adjusting some of the exercises so I participate.
Kindness, helpfull and fun to be with is why I return even when I feel less than.
Friendly place. All of the staff, trainers, people are fantastic. I love this location. I feel welcome, safe and a part of a super community!

The pool is great during the summer and the staff are very helpful
