Front desk is very courteous, very friendly and very upbeat. I love the classes. I love the instructors.
Couple of recommendations.
1. Replace those wire baskets in the women’s locker room.
2. Replace the air filter filters in the ceiling near the showers.
3. At least once a week, there’s not a towel on that counter for us. On numerous times I have had to go into one of the offices of the employees to please replenish them. That’s a complaint..

Pool Family YMCA is an excellent place to get activity. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The employees are family oriented and super nice to everyone that comes through the doors. There are four exceptional employees named Kim, Malinda, Nadia and Melissa. They always make every effort to acknowledge my husband and my self when we arrive. This location is very busy.Great location and very convenient to where I live.
I enjoy my first day there. It was not crowded. I used to go to the YMCA in Raleigh (always crowded) but I moved to Garner.

I would say maybe have the AC a little lower for the workout area it is a little hot in there.

I like how close it is in proximity to home and work. The staff and personal trainers are friendly, engaging, and helpful. Staff keep it clean, which is so nice to know. Every time I go there, it is always being tidied up somewhere. Parking is not a problem. They have an outdoor pool we can go to during the season if we want. Equipment is plentiful. I am able to use and find what I need. Locker space is plentiful as well.

I like the instructors. Temple, Emily, Julie, and Ellen are awesome! Always great. Need to fix the bike room temperature as way too hot. New fans do not work. This has been going on since October. This is ridiculous and bringing my own fan. It’s inside so this should be looked into quickly. Again months later and no change. I’ve seen members leave due to heat. As much as we are paying, a building a few years old should be able to maintain a comfortable temperature for exercise or a building designed as a gym. Planet fitness can keep an appropriate temperature. This is not one person complaining. This is everyone in the room. Please look into this and thank you

I really like the facilities and variety of equipment at the Poole YMCA! Will definitely be back and would recommend this location to anyone looking to start with the Y.
