Good gym, clean equipment and those awesome new rowing machines.
I like that this location has multiple squat racks, multiple benches for flat bench press, and a track so that I can walk laps in between sets.
The machines are kept in excellent condition, as well as the gym/courts.
Lots of pieces of equipment. I wish she would get more equipment for hope valley farms, which is closer to my house.

I absolutely love the Y. It has changed my life. Having childcare for my daughter while I work out means I get a break and focus on my health. She also loves getting to play with the other kids. The staff at the downtown Y are amazing and always greet me with a smile. I feel welcome and at home at the Y
The location, the many workout pieces of equipment, the indoor running track, and most importantly to me, the indoor pool.
The friendly staff and the locker room facilities are always clean.

The staff are extremely pleasant and courteous, the equipment and pool are clean and well maintained. Only downsides are the somewhat beat-up lockers (numbers often illegible) and the racket through the speakers on the gym floor,

The building and amenities are clean and bright. The staff is very friendly and professional. The offerings are generous and geared to all ability levels. Its available and affordable for most everybody and if not, some insurances supplement membership.

I mainly go for the Zumba classes, which I really enjoy. My only difficulty is that sometimes it is hard to park.
